The Burgrito's concept was developed by George, a veteran in the restaurant industry. When George decided to focus on his other restaurant, he was happy to be introduced to two brothers, Darin and Lawrence Laby, the present owners of Burgrito's.
Darin and Lawrence developed their committment to Burgrito's during the long, cold winter of 2014-2015. New Yorkers born and bred, Darin's expertise is gearing the menu to choices that most Americans like most. Lawrence's passion is providing fresh and creative choices such as vegetarian items.
Together they are providing their fellow New Yorkers with great food in an inviting casual setting.
